About The Position
Join our team as a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide, where you’ll help ensure residents feel safe and cared for through exceptional housekeeping, laundry service, and positive daily interactions. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for others.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Housekeeping Experience
- Can safely prepare, use, and store cleaning solutions
- Good observation skills & common-sense judgment
- Can pass a criminal background check & drug test
Responsibilities
- Follow OSHA and infection-control/safety procedures
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Respond promptly to resident and staff housekeeping needs
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
- Work cooperatively with team members and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
