About The Position
The Housekeeper or Janitor assists with the overall functions of the housekeeping department and maintains the facility in a clean and safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. The role is at Crestwood Manor in Fremont, a skilled nursing facility serving people from California communities who need long-term treatment for a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. The position is full-time on the PM schedule.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques is mandatory.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- One year of experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or hospital is preferred.
