About The Position

The Housekeeper/Cook is responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the residence are clean, neat and tidy as well as food service and meal preparation. This includes any indoor household cleaning and organizing tasks assigned. Typical housekeeping responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping, and changing and laundering clothes and linen. Typical food service responsibilities include ordering/stocking of food items and making sure all appliances related to food preparation are in good working order. Responsibilities

Make sure all assigned areas of the residence are clean, neat and tidy
Perform food service and meal preparation
Perform indoor household cleaning and organizing tasks
Vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping, and changing and laundering clothes and linen
Order and stock food items
Make sure all appliances related to food preparation are in good working order
Perform a variety of cleaning activities: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
Perform housekeeping tasks: laundry, bed making, tidying up
Prepare meals that follow all specialty dietary considerations
