EH200 - Housekeeper/Cook - Miami, FL
About The Position
A lovely family of four living in Miami is seeking a warm, proactive, and experienced Housekeeper/Cook to support a busy household with two children (ages 5 and 7). The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys "family-style" cooking, takes pride in a well-organized home, and loves dogs. The family values independence and offers a non-micromanaged environment for a professional who can own their responsibilities. This is a live-in or live-out position, the schedule is still to be confirmed but will be Monday through Friday, 40-hours per week, 8-hour days. If the candidate lives in, a private bedroom and bathroom will be provided. This position is to start July/August.
Requirements
- US work authorization
- Proven track record in a similar long-term role.
- Kind, reliable, and capable of working independently.
Nice To Haves
- Driver not essential, but would be a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred (to support bilingual children); a third language is a major bonus.
Responsibilities
- Full cleaning of the home including bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, etc., laundry, ironing, and managing dry cleaning drop-offs/pickups.
- Prepare healthy daily meals following recipes. Manage breakfast prep, school bags, and packed lunches.
- Handle grocery shopping (in-person or online) and maintain a strictly stocked pantry.
- Feeding and walking one friendly, hypoallergenic Toy Poodle when required
- Keeping track of inventory and ensuring the home runs smoothly.
