About The Position

This is a part-time position at the Glebe IRA program in the Bronx, NY. The role involves maintaining the facility, preparing meals according to dietary needs, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents. The schedule is Monday and Wednesday from 11 am to 3 pm. YAI is dedicated to creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, love, work, and learn in their communities.

Requirements

Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions
Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
Willing to take initiative
Highly flexible personality type

Emptying trash receptacle/bags
Other cleaning responsibilities if the need arises
