About The Position

Culligan by WaterCo is hiring a Household Sales Representative to serve customers in an assigned territory. The representative analyzes customers’ water composition, designs water treatment solutions, presents and sells those solutions, and builds lasting customer relationships in customers’ homes. Company-provided leads and marketing support help the representative build their territory. The role offers formal training and potential career advancement opportunities. Compensation is full commission with uncapped earnings; estimated annual earnings are $90,000–$150,000.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to act as a hunter, closer, and marketer.
Self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience and knowledge with CRM systems such as Salesforce and DocuSign.
