Piedmont Crossing, located in Davidson County, is a not-for-profit continuing care community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, and memory care. For over 35 years, it has been recognized as a leading senior living provider. LPNs at Piedmont Crossing are dedicated professionals focused on delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to older adults. They collaborate with the Nurse Leader to ensure regulatory compliance, foster a person-centered and resident-directed culture, strengthen the household as an effective home, and promote learning. Household nurses also teach and role-model professional nursing practices to staff and advocate for quality clinical care, providing routine daily nursing care and other services according to residents' assessments, choices, and care plans.
