We are an active family of three (four if you count our dog!) in San Francisco, CA, seeking a part-time Household Manager to bring structure, support, and calm to our home. Given the demands of our careers and family life, we aim to transfer certain household responsibilities to allow us to focus on work and quality family time. We value proactivity, reliability, and attention to detail, and are looking for someone who can be a true support system, proactively creating a harmonious and smoothly running home environment. Our 8.5-year-old daughter is busy with sports, and we enjoy outdoor activities on weekends. Grandma also helps a few days a week. We are seeking an organized, self-sufficient individual who takes initiative, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is warm, approachable, reliable, adaptable, and possesses excellent communication skills to manage competing priorities and take ownership of tasks. While detail-oriented, flexibility is also crucial. This role involves becoming a trusted member of our household, blending professionalism with warmth, and providing support beyond day-to-day tasks, including child-related errands, meal prep, or travel packing. Ultimately, the goal is to free up our time for personal and professional lives while ensuring our home functions smoothly and efficiently.
