About The Position

As a Household Sales Rep, you will serve as a Residential Water Treatment Consultant, specializing in providing a variety of water treatment solutions, including water softeners and drinking water systems. Your role involves using a proven methodology to identify and solve water issues for customers through technical water testing and hands-on demonstrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing plan to generate new leads and maintain high conversion rates for company-provided leads. This position combines technical expertise with customer service, focusing on building relationships and contributing to company growth. There are two opportunities in this area: Fort Wayne (covering Huntington, Southwest Fort Wayne, and Southeast Fort Wayne) and Bluffton (covering Decator, Ossian, Bluffton, Markle, Heartford City, Montpelier, Portland, Pennville, Berne, and Celina).

Requirements

BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
1+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment
Valid driver’s license
