We are a busy and active family living in a historic home in Indianapolis with two young children, one elderly cat, and a baby on the way this September. We both work full-time and spend most weekdays in the office, with occasional travel for conferences and client visits. When we do work from home, we have a dedicated home office space that is important to our daily workflow and focus. Our home is full of energy, constant movement, and lots of love, but like many working parents, we often feel like we’re constantly chasing the clutter and trying to stay one step ahead of the day-to-day logistics of family life. We live by our calendar, and while we’ve tried to create systems, many of them no longer function in a way that truly supports how we live right now. Things like laundry can easily take over an entire Sunday, and the constant mental load of meal planning and figuring out “what’s for dinner” can feel overwhelming in an already full week. We’re looking for someone who can step into the natural rhythm of our household, help things run smoothly, and bring thoughtful, proactive support without overcomplicating what already works. We deeply value communication, coordination, reliability, and small thoughtful touches that make everyday life feel lighter and more manageable. We hope to find someone who can integrate seamlessly into our household and become a trusted presence in our daily routine.
