About The Position

We are a warm, welcoming family of four based in New York City, with one of our adult children currently living at home. We lead busy professional lives, splitting time between working from home, the office, and traveling throughout the year, so we're looking for someone who enjoys helping create consistency and calm behind the scenes. We're looking for a long-term House Manager to become a trusted part of our household. We already have a weekly cleaner, so this role is focused less on routine cleaning and more on creating & maintaining organization, preparing healthy meals, coordinating errands and vendors, managing household projects, and keeping our home running smoothly. We have several organizational projects we'd love to tackle and are excited to partner with someone who enjoys creating systems, cooking, and bringing lasting order to a busy home. We're especially excited to find someone who takes pride in the thoughtful details that make a home feel truly cared for - from keeping our indoor plants healthy to creating organizational systems that bring lasting ease to our daily lives. We are also looking for help coordinating maintenance and guests at our second home. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact while helping a busy household run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
