We are a busy, professional family living in Washington, D.C. With two children in elementary school, we’re looking for someone to help keep our home organized and running smoothly so we can spend more time focusing on what matters most—being together as a family. Our home is a dynamic, high-energy environment where things are always moving, and we are seeking someone who can step in to manage the day-to-day operations and help us keep track of the many moving pieces (including the children). Our top priorities for this role include maintaining household organization, managing schedules, and overseeing light family support. From coordinating household tasks to staying on top of inventory and errands, we’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. We value a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, where you can take ownership of the household and identify opportunities for improvement.
