About The Position

We are a busy, active family navigating an exciting and full season of life. With a new home, a growing family, and a whole lot of moving parts, our household thrives when there is structure, calm, and someone steady at the helm. We value clean eating, an orderly home, and a warm, respectful environment for everyone who lives and works here. Our household runs on routine, intention, and faith — we take great pride in the home we are building together. Our weekly cadence is well-established: a professional cleaning crew comes through once a week, and a live-in au pair supports our children's daily care. What we need most is someone who can step into the gaps and keep everything else running smoothly, so the mental load on both parents is lighter and the home feels like a haven. We appreciate honesty, reliability, and a calm presence. This is a household that moves fast, and the right person will be someone who brings order to the chaos without adding to it. If you share our love of routine, order, and a home that runs on calm rather than chaos, we think you'll feel right at home with us. You are the kind of person who walks into a space and immediately knows what needs to happen next. Three things matter most in this role: keeping the family fed with thoughtful, healthy meal prep, staying on top of laundry so it never piles up, and closing out the day with a genuine reset — dishes done, surfaces clear, and the home tidy and ready for tomorrow. You are organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, and you take genuine pride in keeping a household running at a high level. You do not need to be told what to do twice, and you do not wait to be asked. You are dependable in the truest sense: when you say you will be there, you are there. You bring a warm, professional presence with appropriate boundaries, understanding that this is a family home first and that your role is to support and protect that environment — You communicate with clarity and follow through with consistency, and you understand that in a home like this, your reliability is the foundation that everything else is built on. If you find genuine satisfaction in creating structure and calm for a busy household, we think you'll feel very at home here.
