Requirements

  • Completion or current enrollment in a state-approved nurse aide training and competency program.
  • Eligibility for Nurse Aide Registry within 3–6 months of hire.
  • Demonstrated reliability with excellent attendance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of non-clinical staff within the household.
  • Foster a collaborative, resident-centered team culture aligned with individual preferences and needs.
  • Assist with scheduling, staff development planning, performance monitoring, evaluations, and recognition.
  • Coordinate resident appointments and transportation needs.
  • Interpret and uphold high standards of care within the household.
