As a Household Coordinator with Heritage House, your responsibilities will include setting an example of encouraging resident choice and providing a social model of care. You will provide leadership as a member of the Nursing Leadership Team and perform all of the duties of a nurse for the purpose of providing health care services to residents and their families. You will assist in the evaluation of the health care services needed for each resident relative to the level of lifestyle accommodation and participate in ensuring the community is following all applicable regulations at all times. You will maintain confidential relations with residents and families while assisting in providing spiritual, psychological, and social needs of residents. You will also participate in on-going Quality Assurance programming and conduct audits as requested, and assist in documentation for MDS data collection.
