Requirements

Currently licensed LPN in the State of Iowa
Prior clinical management experience required
prior long term care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Set an example of encouraging resident choice and providing a social model of care.
Provide leadership as a member of the Nursing Leadership Team
Perform all of the duties of a nurse for the purpose of providing health care services to residents and their families.
Assist is the evaluation of the health care services needed for each resident relative to the level of lifestyle accommodation.
Participate in ensuring the community is following all applicable regulations at all times.
Maintain confidential relations with residents and families while assisting in providing spiritual, psychological, and social needs of residents
Participates in on-going Quality Assurance programming and conducts audits as requested
Assists in documentation for MDS data collection
