Household and Executive Operations Manager

Sage HausKansas City, MO
$70,000 - $80,000Hybrid

About The Position

We are a busy, entrepreneurial family of six seeking a steady, capable Household and Executive Operations Manager to help make our day-to-day life smoother and more manageable. This role is designed to be flexible and autonomous, allowing for work to be completed in various locations depending on the task, including our home, business offices, or remotely. We value clear boundaries, thoughtful use of time, and good judgment. The primary responsibility is to help the family, household, and businesses run smoothly, with priorities evolving weekly. Success is measured by using sound judgment to determine where support is most valuable, creating helpful systems, improving processes, and quietly solving problems. Strong communication, flexibility, and discretion are essential, as trust is the foundation of this position due to access to family's children, home, schedules, finances, and businesses. We are looking for someone who leads with kindness, takes genuine pride in supporting a family, and brings a calm, capable presence. The ideal person is warm, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a wide range of tasks from preparing school lunches to coordinating vendor visits and managing administrative projects. An operator mentality is desired, with the ability to see the bigger picture, take responsibility for outcomes, and approach the household with thoughtfulness and care. This is not a formal estate role; every task has value. We appreciate someone who enjoys creating helpful systems, improving processes, and quietly solving problems before they become disruptions.
