About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced, full-time Housecalls Community Liaison for its Dallas, Texas market. The role engages with the community to promote the company’s services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness. Ennoble Care provides mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services, with clinicians visiting patients at home and offering programs such as remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. The position also supports office staff as needed and may attend interdisciplinary group meetings. The stated base salary is $50,000–$95,000, with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other potential referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's product line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan that identifies priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and the plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed, including going to updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.
