About The Position
Responsible for maintaining and servicing rental houseboats and marina facilities. Assists guests with boat operation, launches and moors boats, and supports daily marina operations while delivering excellent guest service.
Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance work
- Ability to work well with guests and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, sanitation, and upkeep of rental boats and marina areas
- Complete basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair tasks
- Operate power tools and resort boats safely
- Assist with boat launches, mooring, and guest orientation
- Support winter refurbishment projects (painting, sanding, repairs)
- Maintain marina cleanliness and follow safety procedures
- Provide friendly, professional guest service
