About The Position
Prepare and service houseboats between rentals by cleaning, pumping out tanks, refilling water and propane, and ensuring boats are safe, clean, and ready for guests.
Requirements
- Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Positive, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
Responsibilities
- Move boats between load-out and service areas and follow water safety practices
- Clean and service boats using established checklists
- Pump out holding tanks and refill fresh water
- Fill propane tanks (training required)
- Inspect boats and report defects or maintenance needs
- Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures
- Greet and assist guests courteously
