About The Position

The House Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and administrative decision-making for the care and coordination of nursing and patient care services. This role represents nursing and hospital administration and acts as a liaison between management, nursing, and other departments. The House Supervisor provides clinical expertise to patients and staff and/or assists staff in locating clinical resources to meet patient needs. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.
  • 3-4 years inpatient experience, preferably critical care.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous related experience is highly preferred.
