About The Position

Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a talented Registered Nurse for a House Supervisor. Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
• American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• ACLS, TNCC, and NRP within 6 months of hire
• PALS within one year of hire

Responsibilities

• Work with internal units and external facilities to ensure appropriate patient transfers and admissions are achieved
• Act as a liaison between patients, family members, and health professionals to ensure quality care when needed
• Take issues of concern to senior administrator on call
• Provide staff with instructions, advice and guidance when needed
