About The Position

The House/Nursing Supervisor supports the mission and vision of Saint John's Health Center and represents Administration during off-hours. The role manages daily patient triage, patient assessments, patient placement, staffing assignments, and staff supervision. The position is described as per-diem and variable, with coverage from 1530h to 0700h Monday through Friday and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• One year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily patient triage.
• Conduct patient assessments.
• Manage patient placement.
• Make staffing assignments.
• Supervise staff.
• Represent Administration during off-hours.
• Support the mission and vision of Saint John's Health Center.
