Hiring PRN House Supervisor (RN) with a flexible schedule to suit your needs! At Voyages Behavioral Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Requirements
- Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification is required.
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
- Two + years of behavioral health experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, hospital policy, goals and objectives.
- Assisting in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance Improvement efforts, while providing support to the nursing staff on all units.
- May work a shift on a specific unit when all other efforts in filling the shift with other personnel has been exhausted.
- Contributing to department meetings, quality initiatives and maintaining services within TJC requirements.
