The Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is a 128-room hotel, owned and operated by Easton's Group of Hotels. Located just off the 401 hwy, it features 2 meeting rooms, the Bistro restaurant and a heated pool with a 100-ft water slide. Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is looking for someone who is friendly and professional to join our House Keeping team!

Requirements

Basic reading, writing and math abilities.
Some housekeeping experience.
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Friendly and hospitality-focused

Responsibilities

Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and linens. Deliver linens and other supplies to room attendants.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; remove the trash throughout the hotel, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax the floor, remove non-floor closet items, and store them in appropriate areas.
Respond to guests’ requests such as the delivery of housekeeping supplies (e.g., linens, cribs, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.
Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas for assigned floors.
Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
