About The Position
Anchor Co-Living is seeking a full-time, on-site House Manager in Vacaville, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a sober living home, ensuring safety, structure, and accountability for residents in early recovery. The House Manager will support residents, staff, and house leaders, manage intakes and discharges, maintain the property's cleanliness, facilitate meetings, coordinate with vendors, and document resident activity. This position requires availability for some on-call and weekend coverage.
Requirements
- Experience in alcohol and drug counseling
- Strong leadership, boundary-setting, and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain SUDCC or CADC certification
- Availability for some on-call/weekend coverage
Nice To Haves
- Background in sober living or behavioral health preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily house operations and enforce program rules
