House Manager with Meal Prep Support

Sage HausShorewood, WI

About The Position

We're a busy family of four with two young children navigating the demands of careers and an active household. Both parents work in professional roles that require focus and flexibility, with some travel mixed in. Our home runs on teamwork, but we've reached a point where we need someone to help bring more organization and ease into our daily routines. We value efficiency and results, and we're looking for someone who can help us build sustainable systems so our home feels less reactive and more intentional. We appreciate initiative and are ready to partner with someone who can help us get ahead of the weekly chaos. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and systems-driven. You're comfortable working independently and can follow direction initially, then take more initiative as you learn our rhythms and preferences. You have an eye for what needs to be done without being told and can spot opportunities to improve how things run. You're detail-oriented, calm, and outcome-focused, and you take pride in helping others offload their mental bandwidth.
