About The Position

A loving family of six in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a full-time, live-out House Manager/Nanny to support their household and care for their four daughters, aged 3 to 7. The mother is actively involved and seeks a partner to help maintain household systems and daily flow. This role is home-focused, requiring a hyper-organized individual who enjoys managing household needs and tasks. The candidate will work collaboratively with the mother, respecting her established systems and structure. The position guarantees 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm. Sundays and Mondays are off. The role involves supporting the afternoon routine, including school pickups and transportation to activities for the children. The schedule is more flexible during the summer months when all four children are home. The family enjoys travel and expects the nanny to occasionally join them on domestic and international trips, requiring a valid passport. Working holidays may be required and will be compensated.

Requirements

  • BA/BS college degree, AA in a related field of study, or a minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience
  • Up-to-date First-Aid & CPR certification (willingness to renew as needed)
  • Ability to make a one-year commitment (unless applying for a temporary position)
  • Passion for working with children
  • 5+ years of childcare experience in any field
  • Excellent work and personal references
  • U.S. Driver's License
  • Competent swimmer (if and when required)
  • Non-smoker
  • Willingness to be live-scanned and registered with Trustline (if CA resident)
  • Willingness to sign a no-cell phone driving guarantee
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to complete Stop the Silence training upon membership
  • Valid passport required
  • Open to traveling with the family a few times per year

Responsibilities

  • Family and children's laundry
  • Dry cleaning runs
  • House tidying and organization
  • Vehicle care and cleaning for both family and nanny vehicles
  • Restocking and maintaining supplies

  • Assisting with teacher gifts and class parties
  • Afternoon school pickups and transportation to activities
