$30 - $35Onsite

About The Position

A loving family of six in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a full-time, live-out House Manager/Nanny to support their household and care for their four daughters, aged 3-7. The mother is actively involved and seeks a partner to maintain established household systems and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a hyper-organized individual who enjoys managing household needs and collaborating closely with the mother. The position offers a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 11 am to 7 pm, with flexibility for Saturday hours and potential weekday adjustments. Sundays and Mondays are off. Responsibilities include family and children's laundry, dry cleaning, house tidying, organization, vehicle maintenance, supply restocking, and general household projects. Light food preparation for children (e.g., cutting fruit) is expected, but extensive cooking is not. The role also involves assisting with tasks like teacher gifts and class parties, aligning with the mother's established routines. Childcare duties include afternoon school pickups and transportation to activities using the family vehicle, with full supervision. The schedule is more flexible during summers when all children are home. The family enjoys travel and may invite the nanny on domestic and international trips (3-4 week-long trips annually), requiring a valid passport and openness to travel. Holiday work may be required and will be compensated. This is a full-time, live-out position with a gross hourly rate of $30-35 via payroll.
