We’re a close-knit, fun-loving family of four with two lively boys, ages 4 and almost 2, who keep us smiling and on the go! As busy professionals with full-time careers, we’re looking for someone special to help us juggle it all. We need a highly organized, proactive, and warm individual to step in and provide vital support—whether it's lending a hand with meal prep, keeping our household running smoothly, or stepping in for back-up childcare. You’ll work alongside our full-time nanny and be an integral part of our family’s daily rhythm. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-centered environment and loves helping keep things organized, we’d love for you to become a key part of our family, helping us maintain a happy, organized, and loving home where everyone thrives. We are looking for a team player with a professional demeanor, strong emotional intelligence (EQ), and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate with our existing household support team, managing day-to-day needs and leading special projects independently. They will be proactive, anticipate needs, and help create a structured, organized environment that allows us to focus on our careers while enjoying quality family time. Additionally, we need someone who can positively manage our children’s high energy and occasional boundary-testing, with hands-on experience setting clear expectations, standing their ground when needed, and following through consistently—while maintaining a warm, nurturing approach that fosters respect. Proactive: You take initiative and anticipate the family’s needs, ensuring things run smoothly even before they're asked. Organized: You love creating and maintaining household systems that keep everything in order, making life easier for everyone. Dependable: You’re reliable, always on time, and consistently follow through on tasks. Nurturing & Patient: You have a warm, calm demeanor and are comfortable interacting with children, especially during their routines. You create a supportive, emotionally attentive environment for the kids. Flexible: You adapt easily to the family’s changing needs, whether it’s adjusting your schedule or stepping in when the unexpected arises. Team-Oriented: You work well alongside our full-time nanny and other household team members, always maintaining a collaborative, positive attitude. Spanish-Speaking: Fluency in Spanish is preferred to align with our children’s language immersion at school.
