About The Position

We are a busy, entrepreneurial family of three, including a business owner working from a home office and a professional with long, seasonal hours in construction. Our family also includes a 2-year-old child who is active and full of energy. We have a large, energetic dog (black lab/mastiff mix) and a 3-legged cat. Our family dynamic is fast-paced, with one parent traveling for work about 2 weeks each month, and the other managing a demanding work schedule. The balance between work, travel, and family time can be challenging, so we’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can help maintain stability and ensure the household runs smoothly. We value efficiency, independence, and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will be someone who can anticipate needs, manage tasks without needing constant direction, and bring calm and stability to our home.
