By design, our home is surrounded by nature and wildlife. Health and personal development are central to our lifestyle, we train hard, spend time outdoors, invest in wellness, and prioritize intentional living while nurturing our growing family. We have a preschool-aged child and are also preparing to welcome our second child this spring. Our family also includes two senior dogs who require daily care. We value peace and quiet within our home and we work hard and aim to live with purpose. We are transitioning from a more structured, “buttoned-up” lifestyle to one that feels more aligned, present, and connected. While we’re goal-oriented and intentional about how we live, our days are full and we want our home to feel calm and naturally supportive. We’re hoping to find someone who can genuinely lighten the mental load and partner with us in owning the many layers of household management. Our goal is to create a peaceful, well-run environment where our family can stay present, connected, and focused on what matters most. Who You Are A thoughtful and experienced House Manager who brings both initiative and calm leadership, you take genuine satisfaction in helping a busy household feel organized, supported, and at ease. Naturally self-directed and highly organized, you step in with confidence, noticing what needs attention and handling it seamlessly while easing the mental load in ways that truly matter. With an intuitive “see something, solve it” approach, you’re comfortable making smart, considerate decisions and following through with care. You’re proactive, deeply trustworthy, and interested in building a long-term role where you can become a steady, valued presence in the home. Emotionally intelligent and adaptable, you’re aligned with a wellness-minded lifestyle and feel comfortable supporting structured nutritional goals. An interest or experience in meal prep and healthy cooking is appreciated. Most of all, you take pride in creating a home that feels calm, tidy, and thoughtfully cared for — a space that helps the whole family feel grounded and supported each day.
