Sage HausSeymour, CT
11d$28 - $32Onsite

About The Position

We’re a fun-loving, resilient family with three kids (ages 12, 9, and 6) making our way through life in Connecticut. We keep busy, with the kids involved in soccer and other activities, but we still love to carve out quality time together, especially when we’re off on one of our many adventures. We’re all about creating a home that feels welcoming, peaceful, and full of joy, despite the hectic schedule. It’s a place where we celebrate each other’s wins, big and small, and where we’re learning to balance everything life throws our way. We’re looking for someone who will embrace our energy, bring structure and calm to our busy days, and help keep our home organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy a family dynamic that’s loving, energetic, and a bit chaotic in the best way, you’ll fit right in with us! We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and self-starting individual who thrives on taking initiative. You are someone who sees a need and takes action, fully owning responsibilities from start to finish. Whether it’s managing the mail, tracking bills, or handling important administrative tasks, you take pride in seeing things through without needing constant direction. You’re resilient and adaptable, handling challenges with a positive, glass-half-full attitude. Emotional connection is important to you, and you’re ready to become an integral part of our family, working alongside us as a trusted partner. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you have a talent for creating systems that are both efficient and child-friendly. Whether it's executing weekly routines or identifying opportunities to streamline processes, you’re constantly looking for ways to improve how things run. Honesty, integrity, kindness, and respect guide everything you do. You’ll be comfortable handling bookkeeping tasks, including organizing mail, tracking invoices, and maintaining simple systems for household expenses. Above all, you’re a person who works with purpose and enthusiasm, treating our home with the same care and attention you would your own.
