The House & Grounds Team Lead will work with Operations Supervisor in implementing and formulating policies and objectives to ensure the safest and most efficient way of cleaning the facility. This role involves leading, coaching, and guiding a staff of up to 15 team members to ensure they maintain high morale and understand their role and its importance to the overall guest experience. The Team Lead will also maintain appropriate guest and employee relations, handle guest comments and complaints, and ensure an atmosphere of friendliness and professionalism. Additionally, the role requires maintaining inventory of supplies, providing training, and performing all duties of House and Grounds employees.
