Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes using our proven, step-by-step system
• Deliver careful, high-quality service that families can count on
• Maintain organized supplies and professional standards
• Represent our values with reliability, warmth, and consistency
• Lead new team members through our full training program (Trainer role)
• Master the most challenging, detail-intensive work (Deep Clean Specialist role)
• Support and encourage teammates as they grow on the job (Mentor role)
• Share expertise and represent our brand (Content Creator role)
• Lead a dedicated service group in your area (Pod Leader role)
