About The Position

The House Attendant helps maintain clean, sanitary, and welcoming public areas and equipment throughout the property. The role responds to guest requests, delivers items, assists with meeting-room and event setup, supports the housekeeping team, and contributes to a safe and secure environment. It is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, physical capability, a calm manner under pressure, and a service-oriented attitude. The property is a full-service Courtyard with 266 rooms and food and beverage operations that include banquets, à la carte breakfast and dinner, and a full bar. Requirements

Ability to handle physical tasks.
Attention to detail and ability to stay calm and work well under pressure.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving roles.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across facilities and equipment, including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and deliver requested items and services.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
Safeguard sensitive areas and responsibly manage lost-and-found items.
Follow safe work practices to help prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment.
Support the housekeeping team.
