About The Position

The House Attendant supports the Engineer with the operation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of equipment as assigned. The role participates in the preventive maintenance program, responds to guest requests and work orders, and performs assigned trade tasks such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing. Work must be carried out safely and efficiently. The House Attendant also maintains sanitation and cleanliness throughout the property, including public areas, restrooms, carpets, furniture, facilities, and equipment. The position provides friendly and prompt service to guests, assists with meeting-room and event setup, safeguards sensitive areas, and responsibly handles lost-and-found items. The role supports the housekeeping team and helps provide a positive guest experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

Assist the Engineer with the operation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of equipment as assigned.
Participate in the preventive maintenance program and complete assigned work orders.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, including delivering requested items.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment, including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
Assist with meeting-room and event setup.
Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items responsibly.
Perform assigned trade tasks, including carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
Use safe work practices to prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment.
Support the housekeeping team.
