The House Aide works with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness throughout the resort. This role ensures a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests and staff while assisting with housekeeping operations as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to walk/stand for long hours.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

6 months of housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standards to ensure quality and cleanliness in public spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and other required areas.
Wipe down and sanitize door handles and other frequently touched surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
Conduct routine sanitization of surfaces per health and safety guidelines.
Assist housekeeping staff as necessary to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
Keep all janitorial equipment properly maintained, clean, and free of marks to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous or hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to leadership promptly to facilitate timely resolution and prevent potential hazards or disruptions.
