About The Position

The Hourly Team Member works across all areas of a Market Format location, actively engaging customers and helping create a genuine, personalized customer experience. The role supports store teams in achieving goals, assists customers with products and Self-Checkout, stocks shelves, and maintains store appearance. Team members are expected to work flexibly to support peak periods and scheduling conflicts, and to contribute to a friendly, respectful, and safety-focused environment.
