About The Position

The Dairy Frozen Team Member is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The position includes a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising, helping maintain a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience. Team members may work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, and support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability and involves physical activity such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
