About The Position
Supreme Foods, a growth-oriented Burger King fast food franchisee, is hiring an hourly shift manager to lead shifts at one of its Burger King restaurants. The role involves leading restaurant shifts, supporting guest satisfaction and desired restaurant outcomes, managing operational standards, training new team members, handling cash deposits, and supervising team members on duty.
Requirements
- Restaurant experience.
- Ability to lead restaurant team members and administer corrective communication.
- Ability to perform record-keeping and reporting tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
- Ability to interact with restaurant employees, district managers, administrative office personnel, and members of the field operations team.

- Deliver restaurant guest satisfaction.

- Manage labor ratios.
- Expedite food orders.
