About The Position

Supreme Foods, a growth-oriented Burger King franchisee, is hiring an hourly shift manager to lead shifts at one of its Burger King restaurants. The role is responsible for supporting guest satisfaction and restaurant outcomes by managing shift operations, training team members, handling cash deposits, and supervising employees on duty.

Requirements

• Restaurant experience.
• Ability to lead restaurant team members and administer corrective communication.
• Ability to perform record-keeping and reporting tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restaurant guest satisfaction.
• Lead desired restaurant outcomes.
• Manage labor ratios, expedite food orders, maintain food quality, ensure Burger King corporate compliance, and communicate with the restaurant general manager.
• Administer new team member training and cash deposits.
• Supervise team members on duty.
• Perform record-keeping and reporting tasks.
• Interact with restaurant employees, district managers, administrative office personnel, and members of the Field Operations Team.
