About The Position

Supreme Foods, a growth-oriented Burger King fast-food franchisee, is hiring a future leader to manage shifts at one of its Burger King restaurants. The Hourly Shift Coordinator leads restaurant shifts and team members while helping deliver guest satisfaction and desired restaurant outcomes. The role includes managing labor ratios, food-order expediting, food quality, Burger King corporate compliance, and communication with the restaurant general manager. It also includes training new team members and handling cash deposits.

Requirements

• Restaurant experience.
• Ability to lead restaurant team members and administer corrective communication.
• Ability to perform record-keeping and reporting tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
• Ability to interact with restaurant employees, district managers, administrative office personnel, and members of the field operations team.
