About The Position

Work as a multi-functional team member to build a shelled pattern using Product Criteria and Robots. Will be required to clean work area and Robot cell area, including sweeping and mopping the floor. Employees are expected to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • Must pass WORKKEYS Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents tests with a Level 4 or higher.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have lawful access to export-controlled items.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Adequate computer skills to enter and retrieve data.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of full-time continuous work experience with the same employer OR 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).
  • Function as a member of a team and work under general supervision.
  • Work and function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain expected quality levels.
  • Assemble a hanger of molds.
  • Load patterns onto line using light weight manipulator.
  • Input necessary data into computer.
  • Apply latex spray when necessary.
  • Maintain the auto line materials.
  • Help out in other areas as needed.
  • Load patterns into Robot 7.
  • Maintain the Robot 7 materials.
  • Core-fill or Hand dip as needed.
  • Maintain Primary cabana organization.
  • Pull molds when required out of Primary cabana to load into Robot 8.
  • Maintain the Robot 8 materials.
  • Apply bracing as needed.
  • Maintain Back up cabana organization.
  • Unload molds from Collar Grind.
  • Pull necessary data out of computer for Collar Grind.
  • Carefully remove gasket.
  • Maintain wheelabrator.
