Hotel Task Force Manager
About The Position
NCG Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Task Force Manager to join their team. This role requires 75% travel and involves assisting with management transitions, new property openings, and distressed properties. The Task Force Manager will provide leadership in operations, including staffing, budgeting, forecasting, P&L responsibilities, sales & marketing, guest services, and facilities management across NCG Hospitality's properties nationwide. NCG Hospitality is a real estate and hospitality leader with 28+ properties and manages Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt hotels, restaurants, and a conference center.
Requirements
- Hilton and Marriott experience required
- 75% travel availability, roles will vary greatly depending on property designation
- Five or more years of hotel experience with three years in a management position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
- Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality

- Hyatt experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Plans, develops, coordinates and implements the day-to-day operations of the property
- Assists with property staffing to include recruitment & selection, training, orientation & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management, and other team member relations’ issues
- Assist with the training and development of all property management positions
- Lead varied duties and tasks as needed, the task force nature of this position will allow for full flexibility in this area
- Drive property-wide improvements within team member training and development, to ensure top quality guest services and drive consistent guest returns
