About The Position

The Hotel Supervisor oversees the successful operation of the lodging facility to support guest satisfaction and enhance its reputation. The role includes overseeing daily hotel operations, hiring, training, managing, and scheduling staff, managing budgets for supplies and furnishings, and assisting guests with room-related issues. The supervisor also supports reservations and check-ins and ensures proper cleaning techniques and equipment requirements are followed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operating procedures.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several budgets.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, room assignments, and guest services.
• Hire, train, manage, and schedule staff across departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
