About The Position

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, located in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, is seeking to fill Hotel & Spa Front Desk Clerk positions for full-time, peak load, temporary employment. Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Workers are subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion
• Workers are subject to pre-employment criminal background checks
• Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Applicants must complete an employment application
• Conversational English Required

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out of guests
• Make and change room reservations
• Answer telephone
• Take messages
• Provide wake-up calls
• Issue room keys
• Post charges to room folios
• Make change for guests
• Provide information to guests
• Follow required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures
