About The Position

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be providing excellence in service while checking owners and guests in and out of the property and responding to inquiries regarding services following our brand standards throughout the duration of their stay. Demonstrates commitment and dedication to our Service culture and Hilton Values.

Requirements

  • Full availability between 5:00 AM and 12:00 AM, including weekends and holidays
  • Overnight shifts may also be required based on business need

Responsibilities

  • Checking owners and guests in and out of the property
  • Responding to inquiries regarding services following our brand standards throughout the duration of their stay
  • Demonstrates commitment and dedication to our Service culture and Hilton Values
