About The Position

DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is seeking friendly, reliable Shuttle Drivers for the 2026-2027 school year (and beyond). This is a fun, flexible part-time job that gets you out and about on campus. The hotel offers flexible scheduling designed to fit around classes, internships, and other commitments. Shifts are available weekdays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and weekends from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Team members are expected to work 2-3 shifts per week (16-24 hours) with availability for at least one weekend shift required. This position does not require a commercial driver’s license (CDL).

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A strong focus on safety and reliability.
• A positive, guest-first attitude and a willingness to help others.
• Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week (16-24 hours).
• Availability for at least one weekend shift.
• Previous driving experience is not required.
• Comfortable navigating the downtown area.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Guests in our 14-passenger shuttle to destinations like the Dane County Regional Airport, local restaurants and shops, University of Wisconsin–Madison campus, Monona Terrace, and other spots within a 2-mile radius.
• Create memorable first impressions by welcoming Guests, assisting with luggage, providing directions, and sharing local recommendations.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our shuttles, hotel entrance, lobby areas, and luggage storage to ensure a welcoming environment.
