  • Attention to Detail: Capable of accurately taking and delivering orders, ensuring the right items are served at the right time. Maintaining clean and organized dining spaces that align with brand standards.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: An ability to manage multiple tables or tasks at once while keeping guests satisfied. Strong organizational skills to handle busy dining periods effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Comfortable upselling menu items, beverages, or promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Teamwork: Works well with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Professionalism and Appearance: Adheres to uniform and grooming standards, representing the hotel brand appropriately.
  • Basic Math and POS Experience: Competence in handling payment transactions, processing bills, and using point-of-sale systems efficiently.
  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in preparing meals to order, following recipes, and maintaining consistent quality and presentation. Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.
  • Food Safety and Cleanliness: Adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains consistency in portion sizes, plate presentation, and flavor profiles to align with brand standards.
